"Capacity building is NOT about a training workshop. Building real capacity can be achieved when a combination of methods is used including supporting the practitioner within the organisation. This community based research project focussed on listening and learning from community practitioners, on what they are already doing well and their capacity needs."

We’d like to take this opportunity and reflect on the past year and what its store for the future.

We are pleased to announce that we are done! We promised you 23 sets of capacity building tools and we are delivering!

Our first drafts of training materials and standards are now available so please check the site. But remember that we are asking you to let us know when you’ve used them and where you’ve made adjustments. Feel free to contact us if you want Word versions for easy use. We’ll send them on.
